Privacy policy

This policy explains how CLOUDCORE, MB (company code 308088927, PVM/VAT LT100020993312) (“we”, “LaikuGO”) processes personal data on laikugo.com. Data controller contact: hello@laikugo.com.

1. Data we collect

Enquiry form data: name, business name, email, phone, line of business, product of interest, message text and site language.
The content of correspondence with us.
Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and abuse protection.
Analytics data (Google Analytics) — only if you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookie policy.

2. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry, preparing an offer or showing a demo — steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Site security and spam protection — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Site usage analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Compliance with legal obligations, e.g. accounting — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

3. Retention

We keep enquiries and correspondence while we are in contact and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded — then we keep data as the contract and law require. The analytics retention period is set in the Google Analytics account.

4. Who receives the data

Only our service providers who need it: hosting and email providers and, if you accepted analytics, Google Ireland Limited. We do not plan to sell data to third parties. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5. Data of LaikuGO customers’ clients

When a business uses LaikuGO to take bookings, that business is the controller of its clients’ data and CLOUDCORE, MB acts as a processor under a contract. Demo environments are public examples — do not enter real personal data there.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@laikugo.com — we will reply within 30 days.

7. Complaints

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt). We invite you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date at the top.
