LaikuGO

Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of laikugo.com and to the LaikuGO and LaikuGO MINI services provided by CLOUDCORE, MB (company code 308088927, PVM/VAT LT100020993312). If a separate contract or offer has been agreed with a customer, its provisions prevail.

1. Services

We provide the right to use the LaikuGO or LaikuGO MINI booking and business management system: tailoring to the customer’s brand, a website on the customer’s domain, deployment of a copy of the system on our server or the customer’s, backups, updates and technical support. The system is activated with a licence key issued to a specific customer and domain. The source code is not handed over.

2. Order and price

  • An offer is prepared on request and sent by email; the service starts once the parties agree on the offer or sign a contract.
  • Prices published on the website are indicative and exclude VAT. The final price is stated in the offer.
  • We take no commission on bookings or clients.

3. Demo versions

Demo environments are for getting to know the system. They are provided “as is”, contain demo data and may be removed at any time. Do not enter real personal data in demos.

4. Customer obligations

  • Use the system lawfully and without infringing third-party rights.
  • Be responsible for the lawfulness of processing its own clients’ data — the customer is the controller of its clients’ data and we process it on the customer’s behalf.
  • Keep login details safe and not share them with outsiders.
  • Ensure uploaded content (photos, texts, trademarks) does not infringe others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

Copyright in the LaikuGO system, design, trademarks and website content belongs to CLOUDCORE, MB. The customer receives the right to use the system during the contract term, but not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer it or circumvent the licence key protection. The customer’s content and data remain the customer’s property.

6. Availability and support

We aim for uninterrupted operation, but temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control are possible. We try to announce planned work in advance. Technical support is provided by email at hello@laikugo.com.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, nor for loss caused by the customer’s actions, failures of third-party services (e.g. domain, email or payment providers) or force majeure. Limitations of liability do not apply where the law does not allow them.

8. Personal data

Personal data rules are set out in the Privacy policy. When processing data of the customer’s users we act as a processor under a data processing agreement.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
